Depending on the vehicle and destination, JP Exchange Autos may offer eligible vehicles at a zero VAT rate for export. Our team can advise you which vehicles qualify and guide you through the required export procedure. To benefit from VAT-free export, the vehicle must be officially exported and the appropriate customs documentation must be provided as proof. For exports outside the European Union, the EX.A customs document should be validated by the customs authorities at the EU’s external border and returned to JP Exchange Autos. For business customers within the EU, the zero VAT rate may apply when the buyer is a VAT-registered business established in another EU member state and can provide a valid VAT identification number along with proof that the vehicle was transported to the destination country. In certain cases, JP Exchange Autos may require a refundable deposit to cover the applicable VAT amount. Once the required customs and transport documentation has been submitted and the export conditions have been fulfilled, the deposit will be refunded according to the applicable procedure.
